Looks awesome
Absolutely love the look and definitely more snap on the throttle only draw back is sticks out a long way and my knee rides against it and have to twist my foot in to use the rear brakes so need to find away to put my pegs and breaks out wider

I found the air cleaner was great quality
I’ve been looking to introduce more air so I can run cooler. This was perfect. I also purchased the Vance & Hines FP3 to re map the engine. I’m very happy

Nice product, really cleaned up the look of my bike. It may come into contact with the inside of your leg, but not mine. It has a nice intake sound that adds to the overall sound of the bike. It's a bit pricey tho.

Breathe in baby!
Didn't care for look of stock cleaner on my 72. Wanted a more hotrod look and performance. Well this velocity stack and k&n filter did it in spades! Twist the throttle and she roars as you feel the speed and man it looks like it was just meant for the hotrod look! I couldn't be more happy, this is a great quality product by the big K ! I always end up choosing their products for my bikes!

Questions
Running a 99 softail evo engine. Does this require a tune or can I just swap out my teardrop filter with this?
Usually you do not need to retune without other modifications. With that said, we would recommend that everyone tune their air-fuel mixture after an exhaust modification. Even if it isn't mandatory, a jet kit or fuel controller will always be beneficial.

Totally agree. It's a great upgrade and totally functional not just looks. It's an excellent modern step up from the original drag velocity intakes. Excellent product and a super easy install

Do you need a mounting kit breather hoses ect to install or does it come with all the parts ready to install
You won't need to purchase anything else. All you need is included and its actually a very easy quick install. Directions are pretty clear and its solid merchandise too

Non mais si tu veux juste le look c’est ok mais cette pièce est conçu pour plus de performance installer avec des pipes 50/50 elle devient plus efficace

How does this intake preform in the rain any issues
several thousand kilometers
and no issues in the rain
small surface filters need to be cleaned more often but no other problems
