are these throttle by wire compatible
No. These bars are not notched for TBW applications.

This product says wiring hole is in the centre of the bar. Hopefully the wire holes are in the lower sides of the t-bar risers? Also, does anyone know if the holes are large enough to fit the mini-plugs on Harley’s signal wires?
Yes on the lower side of the center. Unfortunately, we do not have the dimension of the hole or whether the mini-plugs would fit. We would recommend contacting LA Choppers directly to confirm

Are these bars compatible with electronic throttle control? Looking for t-bars for my 2009 Harley Road King.
yes for électronic throttle, im put the bar on the softail standard 2020 whit electronic throttle
