Hardware coming with it?
I purchased these for my 2007 Kawasaki Nomad. They came with the risers, mounting studs, washers and nuts. You will need to purchase thread lock for the end of the studs that goes into the risers and ensure you torque the nuts to specs. Very happy with purchase and excellent quality parts.
