Its a must for many applications
I had to order this part after I received the seat, as the enclosed bracket was not long enough. When I ordered it, the order desk person new right away what the problem was; which was very helpful. However, it is obviously a common problem, so it would have been nice to know at the time I ordered the seat. Or, just include both brackets with the seat.
