Great fit and comfortable
Wasn’t sure how it would fit but wearing it a couple times so far it’s pretty comfortable, at one point forgot I had it on.

Good extra protection
I bought this to protect my lower spine and I was hopping to have something to protect my belly from puncture wounds. The strap for the belly won't protect you from much, but it's certainly better than nothing -fair enough, it's not designed for that. The protection for the spine is good but you have to find the sweet spot in the straps to keep the belt from riding up (which I hear is the same for all kidney belts). When the belt stays where you want it, you feel the strong protection. I wear this with the Leatt chest protector that also has the back protector and the 2 overlap but adding the kidney belt still extends the protection lower. If you are buying this for the same reason that I was - to cover the exposed spots that the chest and spine protector are missing - you may prefer to get a tool belt because it's thicker material on the belly and a bit narrower on the back to fit better with the chect/back protector.
