Is good for wearing under the riding pants on bair skin??
It comes down to what is most comfortable for you. If you decide to wear them under your riding pants, you just need to be sure that the pants are loose enough to accommodate the pads without becoming restrictive. Some riders find that wearing them against the skin causes some chafing and irritation, and so a large number of riders opt to wear them over the pants.
