I’m unable to remove the face shield unless I take out the brass/copper grommets.There’s a customer support video for the metro helmet, but the V3 version does not have this type of grommet.how do I quickly change the face shield with the current grommet?
You would need to remove the screws for the helmet peak, which also holds the shield in place. This can be done simply with a flat head screwdriver, or anything else that is flat such as a coin or keys. This will allow you to unscrew the grommet. Once loosened slightly, it is pretty easy to remove.

Does the clear visor come pinlock ready?
No, neither shield is pinlock ready. Instead, the shield is Anti-fog Treated.
