Like any worthy rebel, the LS2 Rebellion Helmet stands alone and charts its own course. With a stylish shell made of high performance, lightweight Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA), the Rebellion has just the right blend of retro-cool with a technical edge.
Imagine a half-shell motorcycle helmet that offers flow-through, ported ventilation to keep you cool on the hottest days. The short peak and Twin Shield System drop down sun shield will protect your eyes when the sun is in the horizon. The sun shield itself has unique, two-stage adjustability: lock it half way for just a little shade or full open for total sun protection.
The dual-density EPS meets / exceeds DOT standards for 50 state legal protection. The LS2 Rebellion Helmet is finished off with a micrometric, quick release chin-strap and set up for easy and seamless installation of the LS2 LinkIn Bluetooth communication system by Sena (sold separately). All That.
Helmet sits slim around my head, as in, does not look like a huge lunchbox sitting up there. Like the visor, like the quick release chin starp, snap in ear pads for Bluetooth, and the drop down visor.

Very comfortable. Well made. Good fit.
Excellent value, and decent quality. I have a big melon so I was surprised that the XL was a perfect fit. In fact, I anticipate that, if the padding compresses over time, it'll end up being a little loose on me. For reference, my head measures 24" above the ears and, with a shaved head, it's on the loose side of perfect. Love the quick release strap and the flip down sunshade is sturdy, if somewhat close to the face.

Love It
I have only used full face helmets in the past and I wasn't sure that I would like an open face or half helmet. I bought this helmet a month ago in Black Chrome to use with my Yamaha crusier. Love the helmet. Love the colour. A.I.R. communicator fits well. Looks pretty menacing with a black neoprene face mask. Fit was right on. Couple items on the downside...Visor is difficult to lower with gloved hands when fully retracted and there is no "D" ring to secure the helmet to the bike. These can be overcome with a little forethought.

Great helmet
The LS2 is very comfortable and lighter than my previous helmet. I found the air vent on top of the helmet doesn't work as well as I thought it would have. I installed an off brand intercom system easily to this helmet.

Best open-faced helmet I have owned. The fit was perfect and the matte black colour matches my Gold Wing FSB.
The only drawback was the smoked visor that came standard on the helmet. Shipping for a clear one from a supplier in the U.S. is double the cost of the visor.

Sick looking lid!
I've got the "BONES" helmet and it looks awesome. It is also much more comfortable to wear vs my previous Joe Rocket half helmet. It's nice to be able to remove the liner for washing once in a while too. The drop down visor is great for booting around town, but I prefer shades on the highways. Also a clear visor would have been a nice inclusion. The quick release chin strap is exactly that, and a must for me. The sizing runs true to size. Overall a fantastic bucket and I very much recommend it if you're looking.

Nice fitting helmet
I added a thin felt lining under the padding for a better fit, helmet was slightly heavier than what i expected but its not bulky. I find the chin strap to be a odd fit but that might just be my double chin getting in the way. Air vents give good air flow through the helmet.

whats the difference between ls590 and the ls590 1812
The difference between the LS2 HH590 and the LS2 HH590 1812 is only the graphic design on the helmet.

Would a Sena 20S EVO fit on this helmet. Hate to buy and find out it doesn't.
Sena do not give a list of compatible helmets, but the 20S Evo just uses a helmet clamp to mount the unit, so there should be a way to mount it. However, Sena would recommend the "LinkIn Ride Pal by Sena" specifically for this helmet - item #594568

I am wondering whether this Helmut has pockets that would fit my cards scala G9 helmet speakers and keep them securely in place.
You would likely be able to install the G9 in this helmet as it is a universal communication sytem. However there are no specific pockets. The LS2 HH590 Rebellion Helmet is set up specifically to accept the LS2 LinkIn Bluetooth communication system by Sena. This can be found under FortNine Item# 594509.

D'après les commentaires laissés par d'autres clients, les dimensions fournies dans la charte restent quand même fiables. Le Medium allant de 57 à 58cm, ce qui serait trop grand. Un small devrait faire dans ce cas-ci.

What is meant by `twin shield` in the description. I only see one shield.
Yes there’s only one shield, but I believe they’re referring to the visor as a shield as well.
Haven’t been able to figure it out completely myself.
My wife and have these helmets. They are a great helmet for the price.
