Only premium materials and proven fabrication methods are used to ensure each recovery strap is ready for the task every time.
Every aspect of the fabrication process is engineered for reliable Recovery Strap performance. This starts with the use of premium-quality, US-made webbing to ensure consistent strap load capacity. Although this material costs more, it offers enhanced resistance to fraying and tearing, resulting in a longer usable strap life.
Strap material strength means little if an end loop fails. The stitching that forms the end loop is critical, and its failure can lead to catastrophic results. That's why Mac's incorporates the highest stitch count and stitch length in the industry, minimizing the stress on each individual stitch under load. Each integral loop end is machine-sewn in Mac's Idaho facility, and every strap undergoes individual inspection before being approved for delivery.
