Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect balance I bought a 2019 CanAM Maverick Sport XMR that comes with the ITP Cryptic tire, fantastic tire for a mud machine, but I didn't buy the XMR for the tires or it's ability in the mud, I bought it for all the other options it had that the Sport DPS didn't. I wanted a solid trail tire that could still handle some mud. These Maxxis Carnivores are perfect, smooth ride on hard surfaces, crazy traction on the trail, not afraid to plow through some mud and can handle some rock crawling. Precisely the kind of trails I ride in Ontario, Canada.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Maxxis Carnivore Tire has great all around performance and wears well better than expected in mud given that it’s not mud based performs well in sand and gravel peeled up a steep 70 foot climb of sand gravel mix downside is sidewalls suck end up with a lot of plugs had them in 3 tires gets old quick I rotate mine and expect to see 7000 km on a set so that’s nice that being said I’ll try something different next time as in all fairness there all I have used past 2 machines
