Spacing is correct for vtx1300 factory mount
Not an exact fit to factory mounts. Spacing is correct but Honda bike mounts are considerably less in diameter. This means the windshield is locked in place, but can move upto 1/2 an inch on top mount. This is rather unerving. Found out later that Memphis has a part number specifically for vtx1300. But that it is unavailable. Hope this helps.

Perfect fit
I got to this party because I had a sportsshiled When shield that would not work with the existing hardware that I had. Still takes quite a bit of adjusting when you install it but it works!
