Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice acrylic New windshield fit really well into existing Memphis Shades frame. Improved the look of bike, and my old acrylic was pretty beat up after 18 yrs. Easy to install.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I had to redrill a few of the holes. The cut out for the headlight is taller than it has to be so there's a bit more gap between the top of the headlight and the bottom of the wind screen. About an inch more than there was before. It's things that I can live with and the price was right. The windshield itself is nice and clear and doesn't distort the view what's so ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Memphis Shades Replacement I had a old beat up Memphis Shades that needed replacement. I am to cheap to buy the whole package so for a third of the price I bought this and 15 minutes later all done.

                  Questions

Hi Fortnine Team, Will this windshield fit on a 2007 Honda VTX 1800F Spec 3? I just bought the motorcycle and has one very small windshield on it about 10" mounted with 2 mounting holes on each side, not a quick release. Please let me know asap.

                  Asked by: Manny
This is a replacement Memphis Shades Fats windshield. This mounts using your existing Memphis Shades hardware; replacement plastic does NOT include hardware. The original Fats windshield is listed under item #139673 You would also need a bike specific trigger lock mount kit to mount this: item #140013 Memphis Shades do not list a bike specific mount for your 2007 Honda VTX 1800F, so this part would not fit.

I have a 1998 Honda Shadow Aero and am very interested in this windshield. I am wondering if the windshield will fit on the original Honda OEM mounting brackets/hardware or do I need to purchase the Memphis Shades kit? Is drilling holes an option?

                  Asked by: Paul
It will not fit OEM mounts. This item is designed specifically to fit with Memphis Shade's bike specific trigger lock mounting hardware kits, which can be found here: https://fortnine.ca/en/memphis-shades-trigger-mount-kit This is just the replacement plastic windshield for an existing Memphis Shades fats set up though. If you do not already have this windshield, you would need this item instead: https://fortnine.ca/en/memphis-shades-fats-windshield

I have 2005 kawi Vulcan 800 classic .how do I measure the windshield to make sure rite size

                  Asked by: Dwayne 3117
Measure from and inch to 1.5 Inches from the top of the light. Find the height where your nose would be at the top of the windshield. That is the size you need.

Will this windshield mount to existing oem Vstar hardware

                  Asked by: Butler346
Probably not if it’s an OEM windshield. You will likely find that the spacing of the mounting holes is different from the OEM windshield. When I ordered this part it was to replace an existing Memphis Shades windshield. I compared it to my wife’s OEM Vulcan windshield and found it to be different so I suspect you will likely find the same issue.
