If 'M' spec is for lighter bikes, exactly what is the upper weight limit of an M spec tire? Thanks.
I have run this tire on a VFR800 for a while. It is a good tire that is not too hard. Hiway miles wrecks most soft tires. Would I put this on a 1000lb bike, maybe not. On my VFR it’s a good match.

On the 160/60ZR17TL - what does the TL stand for and will it suit a heavier bike, like a Honda ST1100?
TL = tubeless
As for ST1100 suitability, go to Metzler website and enter your bike into the charts. It should tell you whats recommended
