          Description

The E07+ was developed with a goal of successfully replacing the selected sizes of famous and very popular E07. The aim was to keep the tyre performance in line with more and more powerful bikes and increasingly demanding riders. Mitas' development team has preserved all the main benefits of the original E07 and successfully improved the tyre towards the next level.

Riders will still enjoy its original multi-functionality and its original durability. A slightly modified tread pattern of E07+ delivers an improved off and on-road riding performance. A bigger knobby design provides a plenty of open space between the tread blocks to displace sand, mud and water from the contact patch while keeping enough rubber in contact between the road and the rotating tyre.

          Features:

          • Classified M+S for 60% on-road use and designed for all-round performance and confidence on paved roads and gravel roads
          • Developed especially for big trail motorcycles with a goal that tires and a motorcycle work together properly
          • Due to slightly modified tread pattern a tire delivers an improved off and on-road riding performance
          • Equipped for mud and snow conditions

Note: Mitas tires with "Revised" in the Tire Size option are the same specification but manufactured in India instead of Europe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent tire This is my second Mitas E07 rear tire. I ride only 20% on gravel or dirt roads and put over 20,000 kms on my first tire. They are a bit noisy for the first while but not annoying (sound). Reliable when you do hit the gravel and excellent grip on pavement as well...wet or dry. Heck, I rode home in a snow storm with these tires. Best bang for my buck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from G Have ran shinko 804 805s but not happy with rear tire traction to much of a paddle tire when slightly worn This rear tire seems to hook up in gravel way better and much better in gravel corners

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile tire Tire works very well on tarmac, and especially well on dirt and gravel including loose gravel. A bit squirrelly in sand and mud as expected for a non knobby tire. Great all around 50/50 tire though. Have put enough mileage on to vouch for longevity this tire has a reputation for yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MITAS has the Midas touch. This tyre is very well matched for me, my bike and riding style. I've ridden on cheaper and pricier tyres (Kenda, Metzler, Michelin, Continental, VeeRubber, Dunlop and Heidenau) but this model is golden. Runners up in preference are the Anakee Wild (stable but NOISY) then the Heidenau Scout (a little too hard so a bit squirrelly on wet hardpack). For me the 07+ front and back are the combination (I've mixed and matched lots) most stable on gravel and very predictable on asphalt in tight fast corners.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent 50/50 for mixed gravel, sand, highway Just completed the Wyoming BDR on this rear tire with Dunlop Trailmax Mission front tire mounted on my Tenere 700. Rode from Ottawa to WY and back, total 8000km with about 6000km of highway. Both tires performed very well on loose dry surfaces and on pavement with loaded bike. Did not feel tires limited riding except in mud, when even full knobbies may not have helped much due to clay. Overall a good combo for 50/50 use and would install again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long Lasting - No compromise off road I have 12200km and will be looking to replace this spring. Very happy with this rear tire. 80/20 use. I had a tkc 80 rear before and it was also great but only lasted 7500km. For my style of riding this tire was awesome - will be buying again. Nc750x

Can you run tubes in this tire?

The E-07 tire is tubeless, however after checking with manufacturer you can use it on a tube type rim with tubes as well.
