Faulty timing chain
A nightmare. I recently had new valves installed in my honda crf250r. I decided to replace the cam chain as well. After 10 plus hours of adjusting the timing due to a valve hitting the piston just before top dead center, I finally realized that my issue was the timing chain. It was slipping a tooth on the crankshaft every revolution which was throwing my timing off. What a frustrating experience and a waste of money if I had been paying a mechanic. I put my old timing chain on and voila, timing issue was solved. Not impressed by moose racing.

Fits perfectly
My old chain broke so the first place I looked for one is on fort nine. For 20 bucks it fit perfect and is still tight.
