Good quality Boot and CV joint
I bought this for my 2010 polaris 500 Sportsman as the front CV shaft inside joint the splines were worn sharp. I was reluctant to purchase the cheap complete shafts off other sites not knowing about the quality issues so opted to replace the 1 joint as the other joint just needed a new boot and a clean/regrease. The quality of joint and boot combination was good. My only gripe is the banding used for clamping the boots, they are too thick, very heavy duty. They are hard to clamp properly on the small end and do not follow the contour of the shaft so bunches the boot so it does not seal properly. I ended up using quad boss CV boot clamps from a spare CV kit, now I'm out a band for my spare kit. Oh well. Would recommend but use a smaller band for shaft end.
