Foam is very hard, once you recover it, it is very hard, doesn’t have much cushion

I bought this seat a couple of months ago. It fit perfectly, and matched with the proper cover. Its like brand new again. Installation only took me half hour that is stretching and stapling the cover over the foam to the plastic base.
