Bolt heads strip before reaching manufacture spec for toque of sprocket bolts! Round out at around 3/4 of the torque needed

Questions
What are the dimensions of the bolt? The bolts that were on my old sprocket seem to be longer judging by the picture in the item description.
These bolts are 8 x 24mm.
