what does this do?
It is a mounting bracket, that will fit Moose hour meters Mfr # HR-8067M, HR-8061M, and HR-8063M. The hour meters count the hours your bike is running to help keep track of maintenance and such (oil, valves, pistons etc..) the same as your car would. also helps when reselling you can give the exact time the motor has been ridden
