They worked but 2 long spoons are better.
Order a second long spoon with the kit and you have the tools for all size of tires.
The short spoons worked to hold the bead up but did require an extra set of hands.

when I first looked at the irons I thought they were not going to be strong enough but when I used them they worked very well . started the bead with the larger one then held in place with the smaller ones worked fine.

Liking these a lot
Bought these to change some motorcycle tires and thought they worked real well. I've never had a proper set of smaller tire bars before and after installing two new motorcycle tires I used them on bicycle tires and a lawn mower tire and some other small utility tires. Anything smaller than a car tire and I have been making them work. Surprising how strong they are.

Fantastic way to Remember
Ordered on line, price was good, shipped quickly. It's been 30 year since I changed any tires, so I thought I'd giver a go. Well CRAP now I Remember why I paid someone $20 to change my tires. 100% operator error!! only Complaint is they are a little short.
