Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good price Seems to be good quality. Will see how coating holds up to UV. Easy but tedious install, adjustment was easy. Very pleased with fit and appearance.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks good and functions OK I bought the upper and lower throttle cable for my 1998 Valkyrie. Both were the appropriate length but the lower has a flange that's held tight inside the throttle housing by a threaded coupling. Unfortunately they made the coupling too short so it doesn't doesn't press against the flange to hold the cable end in tight and it flops around.. Now I have to design a spacer to take up the slack.

          Questions

How do I know if this is the upper or lower cable? There are two. One for acceleration, one for deceleration.

          Asked by: Bill
The 2 cables are referred to as push / pull When you twist the throttle to accelerate, that action is pull or the upper cable. The spring tension returns the throttle or pushes the throttle back to the resting place. That is the lower cable.
