Must have tool
I resisted buying a bead tool for way too long. Total time, tube and sanity saver. Makes tire changes a breeze!

Must have tool!
Great product, I got this for a friend as a gift and it works wonders I must say. I had to borrow it after seeing it in action to change my dirt bike tires. Now I need to buy the Supermoto version as it won't fit my DRZ400SM rims. AWESOME!

Handy Tool for Tire Changes
Not always a necessity for tire changes, but works great and as intended. Bought it for doing dirt bike tires, and it works perfect. Almost seems a little over-built with how thick and heavy the aluminum is, but maybe it's necessary for certain tires...? The blue anodized finish is nice, but it is just a tool... I'd rather pay half the price for the same thing without the fancy anodizing. IMO, it's worth the $$ for what you get, BUT I feel they could come out with a more economical piece that performs the same task.

Nice addition to tool box, makes installs easier
Bought 2 of these to ease the pain of putting mx tires on. I have to say they are quite useful. IMO it would be better if the tire was pushed farther into the rim meaning the PRO BEAD tongue would have to be a tad longer but they do help significantly. I was able to remove and install tire standing up, instead of using my knees to push the tire into the rim as I have done the past 25 yrs.
They are a bit pricey but would be a great Xmas stocking stuffer for the Mx or enduro guy.

A must have
Simply put, just not expensive enough not to own one. Unless you like to wrestle a tire for 1/2 hour...

Well made but doesn't fit my bike
I bought this a couple of months ago, and finally got around to using it to change my front and rear tire on my bike. I was surprised to find it does not fit the front or rear wheel of this bike (2017 Versys-X 300). It seems well made but no tool is useful if it doesn't fit. I'll keep it in my garage because some day it may work on another bike or on a buddy's bike.

Doesn't fit 09 klx250s rims
Bought a pair of m/p tire irons which are great plus the bead buddy. The bead buddy shape/dimensions do not allow the product to be used as intended on my rims (2009 klx250s). Although I did use it hold the start of the tire, while I pulled the iron out to use else where. I would have preferred to use a third iron. Product is machined well and is super beefy, just didn't work for me.

Won't work on street bike wheels
Some other reviewers mentioned they couldn't use that buddy thing. I concur with them mentioning it won't fit on larger street bike rims. It should be stated in the description.

Questions
Will this work for my CRF250R?
Yes
Date published: 2020-10-01
will this work on a 21" rim and a 17" on a 2014 Triumph Tiger 800 XC ABS???
no. save your money and buy a second set of good spoons. tried on a xr650 and dr650 with marginal results. sits in my tool box collecting dust..Also if your rims are painted it will destroy finish.
Thx
