Good product
Does what it says. Tie wraps were brittle and snapped on installation. Used my own higher quality ones.

A Must For Trails
With my kx250f I was losing about an inch of coolant after every ride. After installing the coolant recovery tank, I was tackling some tight trails and it had gotten about half full of coolant after the most technical portion. After getting some more air flowing the tank went to quarter full pretty quickly. After my bike completely cooled the tank was completely empty and the radiator was back to full. Clearly it did its job.
Installation Tip: If the location permits, just use the stock overflow tube from the bike for the backup overflow tube. Saves time, effort and materials from not having to route more tube. Then if you need to replace this tube over time, you have the spare tube.

Meh...
I put this on my sons 07' Yamaha YZ125
We ride trails only and thought we'd be tree huggers and make sure no coolant drips onto the forest floor while riding. (Two stroke smoke???? What smoke??)
It was an easy install.
The hose from the rad spigot to the coolant reservoir must be air tight, otherwise on cool down it'll suck in air and not work.
This is kind of a novelty item. But if you ever encounter a forest ranger that wants to be a dick....It might look good.

Its saved me its worth in coolant
The kit was easy to set up and it does its job. One of the zip ties straight up didnt work, and the other is of poor quality, also the hose clamps were very difficult to use but they have kept the lines on tight
