Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! Small enough for your bikes toolkit. I replaced the chain & sprockets on my XR650L and the master link would NOT go on via the old vise-grip method. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a tool I use about once every 5 years so bought this more for the price than anything else. The tool worked great, the only issue was that without a handle I had to use quite a bit hand-strength to get it to work, the larger (and much more expensive ones) come with handles - now I know why. Because there is no handle have a pair of disposable gloves on hand so you don't get chain grease all over yourself. In terms of value-for-money this tool worked fine, more expensive tools will work better but if replacing a chain is something you do rarely then this tool is all you need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fonctionne bien et plus polyvalent que prévue bon! comme vous savez, ce petit outil style (home made) sert principalement à presser la chaine. par contre, vous pouvez aussi pressé la maille pour sauver d'avantage d'argent au lieux de payer pour un n'autre outil. comment? la vis du centre possède un creux. trouver un petit bearing et couper le en deux pour aller chercher des ball bearing tremper pour aller placer entre la vis et la maille. ensuite, visé pour presser la maille. bingo! le système est simple et efficace pour les gens manuel! je conseil fortement par contre il pourrait ce vendre 7-8$ et les fabriquant ferait quand même 600% de profits

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice tool and useful ! Good quality. You really need this tool to attach the connecting clip link on an RK 525 GXW ultimate chain if you have no other appropriate tools.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tool Getting a clip on over o-rings can be very difficult. This little press compressed the link and o-rings enough that I could easily slide the clip on This is not a chain break or rivet tool, not sure why some people are trying to use it that way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Handy little tool...!!! Better than trying to put chain together with a hammer. Much neater :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from works great I cut my chain of with an angle grinder, an installed a new chain with this tool and a new chain-specific master link. It was easy to do when I held the tool in the jaws of a 12 inch cresent wrench while screwing it closed. This approach is much cheaper than a chain breaker/rivoting tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the price I was sceptical because of other reviews but nothing says it best than just simple trying it out yourself so I did, I think its amazing for what it does no elbow grease required and for the price it simply cannot be beat considering the fact it does exactly what $100 products do.
