Does this have a Schrader valve on the end ? Like an fitting on a tire?
No it does not. it comes as pictured with a needle adapter on one end and standard 1/4" pipe thread on the other.

What is the maximum operating pressure for this needle?
No listed maximum, as per Motion Pro: Always follow shock manufactures instructions and only fill to their recommended pressure.
