Practical
I bought this because my wife also rides and she kept forgetting to check her chain. I had her try the tool and she thought it was very useful and easy to use. Now, I just need to wait for the good weather to see if she’ll actually use it.

Must have tool
Works exactly as advertised. Makes setting chain tension a quick easy task, much better than trying to measure slack with a ruler/tape measure.
Only possible negative is that it seems to be made of cheap plastic, time and use will confirm or refute that.

Works just like it is advertised to
Seems to work exactly as I have seen it demonstrated on YouTube.
If you need to turn the scale so it is more aligned with your line of vision you may find that you can not turn it after losing the screw. I contacted customer support and was told that it has to turn and as such I got less gentle with it and it will turn with more force if needed

Not bad
I think the product is ok, but my bike was not happy with the recommended manufacturer setting, so I adjusted it by feel. Fortnine service 5 stars as always.
