Don't expect it to be 100% accurate
My unit that I got was 83% or 66% accurate depending on how you look at it. Measuring the gaps with a micrometer I found that the 0.7mm had an actual reading of 0.79mm. The 0.8 gap had an actual reading of 0.75mm. The rest of them were okay with actual measurements of 1.04mm, 0.90mm, 0.64mm, and 0.47mm. My tool may have been a one off manufacturing error, but overall for the price and quality, I am happy with it.

Spark plugs?
I use this item for it's primary function. Popping tops. Can you gap spark plugs with it?

Small, light and accurate
Like the review title says. It's a gap tool, not a cure for world hunger. It does what it was designed to do very well.
