never expanded
Guess it's been vacuumed sealed too long, it's permanently retained it's shape as a dense little pancake and never expanded.

Great Sponge!
The sponge did not "Magically Expand" at first so after reading a bit, it does need to be handled a bit before it takes it's expanded form. I took a bucket with water in it and it expanded just fine after a bit of handling!
