It's Waterproof
Fits great over my Mustang 1 piece/2up 2017 Freewheeler seat. Love the design which makes the part in the middle that fits over the driver backrest the bag which it all tucks into when not in use. Complete with drawstring - keeps it together when not in use, keeps it tight so the wind doesn't whip it around when on the trike. It is waterproof too, water pooled on top of it.
