Fits. Time will tell.
It came with a centre screw, two brackets one for above centre screw and one for below. The one above overlaps the metal on the sissy bar but overall it works and seems more secure than my last one that only had the lower bracket and centre screw.

Looks great!
I haven't had a chance to use my yet as waiting for the snow to disappear. However the pad looks great and I'm positive will work excellent.

Great addition
Pad matches my Mustang seats perfectly. Also my wife says it's much more comfortable than the OEM pad.
