Description
Cruiseliner™ Saddlebags are styled for cruisers. Unlike other bags, Cruiseliners are not bilaterally symmetrical - this enables a tight fit and streamlined styling that flows with the lines of the fender. Cruiseliner saddlebags open easily with a "thumb push" lock that flips the lid forward for easy access to items. The quality hinge permanently fastens the lid to the bag. The interior walls, lid, and seal are designed to keep the contents safe and dry. Quick-detach quarter-turn fasteners are located securely inside each bag for "no-tool" quick removal of the saddlebags from the frames. One key locks both saddlebag lids securely. N1102 is the Pocketback style for turn signal clearance. N1102 comes with amber reflectors (European). All applications requiring the Pocketback style bags can use the Smoothback style bag (N1101) as long as the motorcycle's turn signals are changed or customized for clearance.

Poor quality and hardware for that price..to bad.
Upon receiving order I found that the quality of hardware were sub standard for the price that I had paid ...to bad.
Sent it back with no issues from fortnine..thank you

Better options out there.
Cheap plastic, locks didn't work. Absolutely not worth the price. Fortnine, please drop this product as it isn't up to your standards.

Qualité laisse à désirer !
Un peu déçu de la qualité du produit par rapport au prix payé.Par contre Très stylées , elles donnent un beau look à la moto. Une bonne capacité de rangement. Il aurait fallu une poignée pour ouvrir le couvercle des sacoches, ils faut les agripper par le côté pour les ouvrir.

cases are nice if i could mount them to the bike
I bought them in the winter but was a waste of money as no one can supply the mounting brackets kind feel for the price fort nine could of given me a heads up

Loose latch
I am happy with the bags besides the latch is horrible does not hold the lids tight and sealed. I can lift the lid up 3/4" when latched. Causes rating noise when riding.

Look like they were made for my bike
The ease of installation was tremendous. I like their look better than the ones which come from the factory on the "tourer" version of my bike. They're streamlined, attractive and with the additional cruiseliner duffels I bought they're perfect for weekend getaways. A bit of a clunk when you go over a manhole cover, so try to avoid the deep ones :). Very pleased by Fort Nine's prompt service. I called before I checked-out online to ensure that I had the right mounts and they were professional and friendly. I highly recommend the product and both of the companys ( Fort Nine and National Cycle)

Honda VTX 1300
I bought the National Cycle quick release backrest for my wife's bike a couple years ago with a view to eventually putting the bags on it. I liked the ability to do this because of the compatible mounting system and they are one of the only bags I could find for her style of bike that had a lock mechanism. A securable bag was important to her.
I got the saddle bags and separate mounting hardware a couple weeks ago. The mounting hardware installation took just minutes. The bags were attached in seconds so I was quite please with the ease of installation.
I discovered however the lid to bag fit was different from one bag to the other. This required some trouble shooting and some emails to this vendor and National Cycle.
In the end I discovered if I backed all the screws off on the hinges, the lid could be shifted enough to align and seal properly on the bag.
Overall satisfied with the bag.

The bags come with the mounting hardware you require for your vehicle. This is a vehicle specific product.

I have a 2009 Honda Shadow Spirit (VT750CA) and am wondering what I would require to purchase in order to mount this product to my bike. There is currently no saddlebags on my bike

Are the bags paintable to match my bike colours?
After some scratches, I had my bags repaired and refinished the same colour with no issues.
