Good choice for my old-school naked bike.
Very pleased with this fairing. Good wind protection for the size. Really helped extend the riding season into the cold fall months. The aerodynamics are great, I've had it out on the highway several times with no negative effect on handling, even in heavy cross-winds. It also looks better than I thought it would; being transparent it "disappears" and doesn't detract from the looks and character of the bike. The mounting system is old-school but very flexible--an extra pair of hands is a good idea for the install.

Easy install, super easy to take on and off
I bought this for an extended ride and was so extremely pleased with the wind reduction. It’s so simple to remove and then put on again when needed.

Affordable protection
Took a chance it would fit a late model W800. It did and I'm pleased with it. Too hot for summer but easy to remove and extends the riding season

Great Windshield
This was just what I was looking for in a windshield for my 2007 Vmax. Relatively easy to install and seems pretty solid when on the bike. This windshield definitely keeps the wind and bugs off me.

In for the dollar
I bought the Plexistar 2 for my 2016 Ural Gear Up. I enquired to National Cycle and Fort Nine for the correct model to purchase. I was told the same by both (though I’m sure Fort Nine was only reading from the NC catalogue) . When it came it could NOT be attached the way NC showed in their website. When I contacted them they admitted it wouldn’t fit as described and suggested a different way which I though was not advisable. I asked them to send me 2 more gear clamps so I could gang them and install this properly (they are 10 mm band width, vary uncommon after I searched for hours). No response and seem to leave me to my own solution. Not a company I will ever deal with again, National Cycle.

Great for the highway
2018 Z900RS needed to order the 1 inch bar clamps after I received the shield and had to pay 24.95 plus 14.95 shipping it was supposed to be a perfect fit.
The bars on this bike are tapered so I used a piece of bicycle inter tube on one side of the clamp to compensate for the bars.
I always wear ear plugs on the highway because I hate wind noise, but with ear plugs I can ride at 100k with my shield open with a Bell full coverage helmet. The bike is stable with this Windshield even at higher speeds, no wind on upper body and protects your hands as well. |Woud be a five star except for the clamp issue.

Questions
what size are the mountings for this windshield? i need 7/8".... last time i bought a windshield from u.. when i selected my motorcycle an 1981 honda silverwing it changed the size of handle bar to 1 1/4 and guaranteed it would fit. i need to be sure 7/8"
