Great replacement
Better than the OEM pads in my Joe Rocket jacket. My old pads fell apart over time. These are sturdy but soft and fit well in the jacket.

These fit my Icon Merc Jacket
I bought these to replace the deteriorating CE1 pads that came with the jacket. They turned out to be just a bit shorter than the ICON pads, but fit fine in the shoulder pockets in the jacket. Decent price, and CE2, better than the originals.
