Vibrations make them useless.
The vibrations make them unusable. I have a Yamaha tracer so my bike is fairly smooth and the mirrors vibrate so much I cannot see out of them at all. I have tried different mounting positions and adapters. It is the same result. I took them off because they are useless as mirrors. They look nice but in practice aren't worth the effort. Also if you need a thread adapter. Good luck. They are on back order for 2 months and nobody else makes the correct ones for Yamaha. I went through 4 sets of "correct" adapters and just had to wait for the oxford ones that are actually right.
