Very good quality. Good workmanship, good materials good design. They will last as long as I ride. Downside…they are smaller than I expected.

Is this item comes with 2 pannier bags?
Yes. They are sold in pairs.

Is there an internal support structure if so, what material is it made from?
There is a stiffening board built into the back of the bags. Unfortunately the manufacturer doesn't provide us with any information on what this is made out of.

Does this require mounting bars?
These "bags" are a saddle bag style, and do not require mounting bars. There were enough straps and velcro provided when I purchased these in Black 2 years ago, to attach them to and under the seat, so that I am able to ride safely. Love the style.

What are the dimensions in inches please?
This kit includes the left AND right paniers? And I want to know the approximative dimension too.
