Good for the price.
As others have said it would be nice if the strap came with easy disconnect buckles. I took this with me on a recent 1200km trip and it was really nice to have. Stores my keys wallet, sunscreen, bike tire pump and guage, spare ear plugs and my battery bank so i can charge it easily off my front usb port while riding. Very handy and the magnets work well to keep it in place. I cant comment on rain useage or durability yet but it seems well made and my other Oxford gear has not disapointed me so far.

Is this bag a magnetic mount?
Yes it is. And it has straps that connect around the front of the bike to make it extra secure.

Will my samsung not 10 plus fit in the phone holder?
Yes, the Samsung Note 10 will fit in the pocket.
