Overall nice bag but misleading design
Bag is made of great material. Walls are slighty insulated so with an ice pack keeps your drink and snack cold.
The Good. Device pouch holds a 7-8 inch tablet easily and sun shade helps to read it. Pass thru power hole makes it simple to get power to charge your device without having to finagle wire in and mess with the zipper. The seat straps work great and keep it clean. Don't have extra straps running around where ever to mount and the magnetic pad holds very well. Foot print is very small but stands tall. So you may have trouble magnet mounting if your tank has lots of plastic covers. Would have to glue metal or magnets to assist.
The Bad. Will unfortunately everything that makes it good Is it's own Downfall. Tablet pouch;. Keep the foam pad that is used to stuff it. The pouch is very deep about 1\2 inch. So a phone or small device will shift or fall out of the elastics. The pad is needed to help hold it.
Power pass thru; from the outside great sturdy Velcro cover peel it open and run your charge cord. But the inside is just a cut hole in the fabric. The stitching doesn't pass through all material. So if it starts to tear and it will there is nothing to stop it from tearing the whole side out.
The tank and tailer option; I found this to be very misleading in regards to the supposed quick change option. The tank option is a pad with magnets sewn into it and put into a zippered pocket along the bottom. Which is a mute point I don't understand why it needs to be removable at all? Cause the tail option is velcro loop straps that pass through the lower pocket so to go from tail to tank to tail.... you undo your seat undo the straps. Pull straps out of the bag which the pass thru for these is pretty poor. Leave them under your seat or stuff them in the bag somewhere. And stick it on your tank. Then to put back get the straps and mess around feeding them back through the holes and remount to your seat. All without removing the removable tank attachment? It's not like the description proposses that you unzipped it from its base and stick it on your tank.
If I could be bothered with returning it I probably would. Don't think it's big enough to put my clear visor in for longer rides so I'll have to use my other bags if I'm going to be out into the night. Good size for run around day stuff I guess.

Good Quality, Practical Size
Like most Oxford products, this is well made. The 4 liter size is perfect for holding everyday items like gloves and sunglasses. I don't use the clear GPS/phone section. In the older X4 model it was removable, but this newer version is permanent. It's still a great tank bag that I keep on the bike everywhere I go.
