Warm and dry.
I purchased the Oxford Rain Seal several weeks ago, and have taken it with me on 2 week road trip. It keeps me dry in the rain, and works well as a windbreaker to keep me warmer in fog and cloudy cold weather. The only problem I've had with it so far is that part of the stitching holding the Velcro on the left cuff has come loose. It's an easy fix, but thought I'd mention it as that's the reason I only have it 4 stars. Otherwise a great product.

Works well
I bought this suit (yellow fluo) in March. I used it twice. The first time, I rode for four hours in hard rain and it kept me totally dry. I like that it makes you very visible.

Good for the price.
This lightweight one-piece suit fits well and is reasonably well made. I bought 2x and at an average 6' tall it fits easily over my riding leathers. It's rain proof when you take the time to do everything up properly. The storage pocket is flimsy. I bought this for commuting, as an easy slip-on for sudden rain storms. For long trips I wear a heavier two-piece. This suit uses a rubbery inner texture to make it waterproof, like most suits of this type the rubber makes it more difficult to get on. I wiped the inside with Armor-All to make it slide on easier. I can't vouch for durability yet, but I'm happy with the purchase and would buy it again.

I'm 5'11" 180 lbs. I've bought a size L and it's a bit small and it doesn't fit over my jacket.

Keeps You Dry for Cheap
I bought this a little over a month ago to keep dry in the winter rains of the west coast of BC. It does it’s job. I’ve been in several downpours as well as puddly off road situation where I’ve kept completely dry. However watch the cuffs at ankles to be sure of seal around boots. My only complaint is that even the XL that I ordered wouldn’t fit comfortably around my girth particularly when wearing my winter coat underneath. As a 5’10’ guy with a 38” waist this is a bit of a problem. However if you are of a slimmer build I’m sure that this won’t be a problem. Roomy everywhere else with a couple of waterproof pockets/ compartments for keys, wallet and phone. I got the high vis yellow and it is indeed very bright- you will be seen! I’d consider this to be good value for money for what it is. Durability and quality seems decent.

Surprised!
I happened to ride in the biggest rainfall of the year in Montreal. I couldn't see anything, my boots and gloves were soaked, but my ridiculously low priced rain suit kept my whole body dry, while riding for 45 minutes in heavy rain at around 100 km/h. I wear 2xl for t-shirts, and the 2xl suit is a perfect fit (as perfect as a yellow overall can be....)

Oxford delivers
This is everything it said it would be. I wear medium gear so I ordered this in medium and it fits perfectly over my gear. I have yet to wear it in the rain and so I can't speak to it's intended purpose but it appears to be good quality and I have no doubt it will keep my dry when it counts.

Excellent buy
Exactly what I wanted. I'm a medium and it fits well. A little too snug around the waist, otherwise perfect.

Questions
Is the Oxford Rainseal Over Suit breathable, does it wick away interior moisture ?
No, this item won't be overly breathable. This is designed purely for protection against the rain and wind

Is there a size chart with measurements? Thanks
No Oxford do not provide a specific size chart for this item. You can use this generic size chart from Oxford to determine the closest sizing, or if you usually take a large in a t-shirt, go for a large in this as well:

If i wear medium motorcycle jacket do I purchase a medium rain suit or larger?
To be honest i ride in the rain more then the sun ....vancouver is unforgiving . I did the whole rain suit thing for a month or so went through three diff uncomfortable and awkward pullover suits . Till i finely broke down and bought a waterproof motorcycle jacket and bib pants jacket was on sale for 100 bucks on fortnine was icon make. Anyway yes one size bigger depending on brand more often one size bigger is your best choice

Does it block wind as well? or i shoudl say how does it handle wind?
Based on other customer reviews, the Oxford Rainseal Over Suit does block the wind. That said, Oxford doesn't necessarily advertise it as such.

Hello, where is the Oxford Rainseal Oversuit made? It doesn't say on the Oxford website either. It may be a sweaty suit, but I'd rather it didn't come from a sweat shop! :^)
It’s Chinese. If I bought again I’d opt for a two piece set since the wiring for my heated vest has no place to come out for plugging in. I bought extra large and it’s a tight fit around my girth. 5’9” and 250lbs so …
