Welcomed addition
Surprised to find these adapters, but sure glad I did.
During supply chain shortages I had to install new tires but couldn’t find 90 degree stem on the tubes.
There work perfect to alleviate the problem airing up or checking pressures.

Très utile pour brancher un boyau d’air.
L’emplacement de certaines valves de pneu rend parfois difficile le gonflage du pneu. Cet adaptateur coudé peut régler le problème, mais il ne doit pas demeurer sur la valve lorsque vous roulez.

Not a great clearance solution
It does what it needs to do, I guess, which is provide access to a valve stem that otherwise can't be reached with your inflator or gauge, but it's not super great at it.
Attaching the adapter tends to trigger the valve before making a seal resulting in pressure losses both when putting on and taking off the adapter. There is also a risk of breaking the seal if the adapter is wiggled slightly by your inflator hose as this will interfere with the sealing surfaces.
I might recommend a lever-locking adapter instead of this.
