Not factory calibrated
Bought this and the tw-2.2 new and they arrived un-calibrated. The needle was not centered on 0 unlike the Park Tool videos using this tool. I tried to follow Park Tool's official instructions to no avail. The handle came loose while doing so.
Look for something else.

Ok for the price
Park tools have made a name as a good mid-grade supplier of industry specific tools. I was in need of a torque wrench that was capable of measuring exceedinglu low values (pressure-plate screws on a Rekluse clutch - ones that my Snap-On torque wrench was not calibrated to deal with - 25 in/lb. This torque wrench could deal with this torque. My only issue was that the torque wrench gauge needle was not actually at the zero mark when unloaded. It required re-setting to create an accurate gauge. Works fine, but expect to correct the initial setting
