Wrong size sadly
Low stars only because the piston diameter is not listed in the description and the guaranteed part fitment only works if your bike isn’t straddling model years. My 1980 cx500c showed fully compatible with this part but in reality I probably needed the 1979 variant which is a different part number. If the piston diameter (which is 16mm) was listed this would’ve saved me a lot of hassle with the return shipping. That said fortnine makes returns easy but it’s not free.

Reat Master Cylinder Rebuild
Using the existing unit as the guideline, the assembly was very intuitive to install. The largest part of the job was removing the master cylinder from the motorcycle.

Slightly dissapointed
For the moment the overall feel seems to be good but the only issue is the piston. After gutting, cleaning thoroughly and re-assembling the kit, the piston immediately bent so much out of shape that I had to throw it out and replace it by the OEM piston which is a lot thicker. Just don't throw out your OEM stuff too quickly.
