Does the light kit come with the handguards too? Or is it just the light kit?
No just the lights , and you have to make sure you get the correct lights for the correct model of hand guard

Could these be wired into indicators on a dual sport?
I don’t see why not, if you already have a turn single just t tap them into that. They only need a power and ground
