Great product!
I put this on a 07 Yamaha Phazer and it mates with the stock 3" riser perfectly. Just cut the stock riser down to the size you want and bolt everything together. No need for the PowerMadd riser blocks. I also appreciate having separate bolts for top and bottom pivots.

Perfect fit
Perfect fit for my 2012 Yamaha RS Venture GT. The mount sits on top of the stock non-pivot riser to allow my bars to be adjusted to any angle. The kit had enough hardware and some leftover.
A bit expensive but I'm happy.
