GREAT PRODUCT, BUT!
When I received the product I was happy to see it had the same bolt pattern. I was surprised to see it didn't come with an instructions so assumed it was a simple slip on.
First of all I had to ream out the slip portion to be able to fit in on the my manifold. Once successfully mounted and fully fit I was upset to find that the bolts did NOT directly line up! With the muffler pretty much fused to the manifold I had to grind out the mount on my atv and "gerry rig" to make the bolts work. One mount I had to completely cut in half to fit a bolt while the other I did the same and had to use a different bolt to make it work.
Love the muffler, was NOT happy with the install.
No instructions or warning saying to actually measure the distance between threads to determine if any cutting was needed. Had I known there would be an issue I would have easily cut 1/2" off the slip before committing it to the manifold.
I would recommend this product but with a caveat that MEASURE THE LENGTHS OF BOLT AND END OF SLIP TO BOLTS BEFORE COMMITTING TO FITTING IT ON.
