The tinest elbow guards you could find
I found the size chart on the manufacturer website. My 8yo daughter is 7'' bicep diameter, it recommend Small. Some reviews state to oversize the fit. I ordered the medium and is still to tight, even for my younger 5yo daughter. The large might fit both. Medium bicep's elastic band circumference is 5-1/2'' at the and stretch up to 6-1/4''.
To note is the protection thickness is quite thin (foam is 5/16'' thick), so it is very low profile, but do not offer much protection compared to some other elbow guard. It extends long over the forearm for good protection cover.
Unless for very tiny arm, I would recommend to look for other alternative. But if in the look out for 2-4 yo elbow guards, those may be the only quality option, just don't trust the size chart...
