4 Steps to Configure your Mount
The RAM-B-202A, RAP-B-366, and RAM-B-237 universal camera and camcorder bases consist of a 1" diameter rubber ball connected to a 1/4" - 20 camera thread. The male 1/4" - 20 threaded steel stud will connect to any standard female thread found on camcorders and digital cameras.
The round plate on the RAM-B-202A and RAP-B-366 provides extra support and stability for cameras that rest on top of it.

does the trick.
using with a 4 inch arm on motorcycle handle bars it holds a regular camera just fine. video from camera was a bit shaky from the long arm but acceptable .
