Grips tight and one handed operation!
This mount is one handed operation and holds phones tight, with no chance of them falling out. I have an Otterbox case and was able to adjust the arms to fit snugly. Measure before buying to get the right size.

Great phone mount
I just bought this, easy install and I already like it better than the X mount. However, when installing it, I accidentally tightened screws too much and broke two of the side supports. I think the mount will still work ok with two side supports missing.
Additionally, there were two nuts missing to attach the ball mount to back of the phone holder. Had to make a trip to Home Depot for two nuts.
Overall happy with the mount.

Questions
Would this work with an iPhone 11 in an Otterbox defender case? The case is quite ticker than the phone itself
We are unable to confirm compatibility specifically with your Otterbox. RAM do state this will fit your iPhone 11 with most phone cases, however the Otterbox is considerably larger than most case styles, so we would recommend looking at the cradle dimensions to confirm.
