4 Steps to Configure your Mount
The RAM-B-132RU consists of a zinc coated u-bolt base, double socket arm and self-leveling drink cup holder with cozy. Included in this package is hardware that will accommodate rails from 0.50" to 1.25" in diameter. The base includes black cover caps to be placed over the exposed ends of the u-bolt. The included composite rail adapter can narrow the rail to a minimum width of 0.5". The mount is designed with a RAM 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; this allowing for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles. The drink cup holder has two pivot points, allowing for your drink to always stay upright and never spill.
U-Bolt Dimensions:Accommodates rails from 0.5" to 1.25" in diameter.

Terrible product, equally bad customer support
I bought this, installed it, went on a ride and it broke and fell off my bike onto the street. Same day. It broke off where it shouldn’t have. The rubber ball ripped off. Contacted fortnine customer service and they gave me the email to ram support.

Not for me
Tried this one on my motorcycle. It was pretty useless just flapped around like crazy. I figured it would be weighted on the bottom to keep it level. Also the cup isn't adjustable so you need to use a cuzzie then its hard to get out. Well built I guess, just not what I had hoped for

Broke first ride
Rubber ball mount broke right off. Maybe blue thread locker is not strong enough. Fortnine didn’t stand being the product. Told me to contact the manufacturer. Took forever but RAM sent a replacement after a few emails.

Very helpful staff!
I had a specific idea of what I wanted to do the sales staff were very helpful in trying to find the parts. In the end it couldn't be done how I envisioned it but I came away with a solution and a new goto spot for parts and supplies.
