Reverse E-Black One D-2 Stem - 01633 Item # 2097365

Description
1 Stem, 2 handlebar diameters. The E-Black One D-2 stem builds on the success of the Reverse's Black One stem and brings in the ability to run both 31.8 mm and 35 mm handlebars with one stem.
The special designed shim allows the use of 31.8 mm bars and when removed, it works as an 35 mm stem. The shim provides a wide, smooth clamping area which is ideal for use with carbon bars.
The intelligent no-gap clamping design in the bottom ensures no pinch points, and equal clamping force for safety and stability, because the most loads and notching effects are always at the bottom of the handlebar.
The E-Black One D-2 is ideal for riders who have a few sets of 31.8 mm/35 mm bars with different rises and want to continue using them all, or who may want to upgrade to a 35 mm bar in the future, without having to buy another stem.
The components need to be able to take higher loads due to the frequency and duration of rides being significantly higher on an E-Bike. Your regular after work ride you did once in the pre-E-Bike-era, can be ridden three times in the same time today with support of pedal assist. That's why the cockpits of modern E-Bikes have to take much higher loads than before. With the development of Reverse's E-series stems, they responded to these demands.
The E-Black One Enduro stem was tested with the toughest fatigue testing method by EFBE test laboratory and managed all cycles of testing with ease.
Tested in Germany, this stem can be safely mounted on any e-bike and is known by it s design and its stiffness!
