                  Description

We understand the importance of staying cool hot rides. Not only does your mind stay sharper behind the handlebars, but fatigue doesn't set in as quickly, and you can thoroughly enjoy being out on the road. That's why they created the Airwave 4, an adventure sport jacket that lets you effortlessly feel the breeze against your body.

If the name didn't give it away, the Airwave 4 is all about, you guessed it, air. Specifically directing it to the body when taking on your next adventure. The combination of softshell, ripstop, PWR|Shell Mesh, and ballistic mesh/ith large/visible ventilation panels leaves no mystery as to what you're getting with this jacket. Airflow to the nth degree.

A longstanding staple in the collection, the Airwave 4 is a fan favorite within the ventilated jackets category and has a Class AA CE certification. It also includes SEESOFT elbow and shoulder protection, along with the option to add chest and back armor. Laminated reflection can also be found at the lower arms, shoulders, and back so riders are more visible in low-light situations.

                  • The Regular fit is designed for comfortable wear, and it's tailored to suit different body shapes and sizes. However, it is not considered loose. It falls around the body instead of conforming to the rider's physique.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great AA, With Thin (good & bad) Armour good hot weather, AA rated. Maybe a bit hotter than other mesh, but AA worth it. Comfy, sport fit, a bit short @ front, but once you zip to pants and sitting or standing on bike is great. Snap adjustable collar just gets in way - but pinned back is fine. Armour super thin and flexy - can't tell it's there, but only level 1 - but I wear Klim tactical armoured shirt under and the double protection gives good piece of mind, and still barely tell it's there. I'm 6'3", 190lbs, Large was a bit snug all around, went with XL - fits great, a bit looser but I'm OK with that. Paired with Airwave Pant, live the shirt connector zip.
